Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives: Jah-ly 9, 2022 – Roswell UFO 75th Anniv!

<Neil Armstrong: One small step for man, one giant skank for mankind>

Neil Armstrong either skanking pon the Moon or filmed on a Hollywood set by director Stanley Kubrick

Greetings,

PART 1

<Roswell New Mexico UFO crash, July 1947 – 75th Anniv.; 3 min. intro>

1947. Planet Earth had come out of a brutal world war which only ended with the dropping of nuclear weapons onto Japan. Was nuclear technology a signal to Extra Terrestrial confederations that lowly Earth was now worthy of investigation and inspection? Ancient Astronaut Theorists say YES!

This blog post is obviously about Roswell, New Mexico and its famous UFO incident. But Roswell was not the first. And Roswell did not coin the term “flying saucer”. A  guy named named Kenneth Arnold was the first to use the phrase to describe the alien craft much different than Terrestrial fighter jets.

Arnold was a pilot from Idaho. Literally, a few days before the Roswell UFO crash, he encountered nine disk shaped objects moving in formation at impossible speeds: 3 times the speed of current fighter jets.

He went to the local paper and described a pie tin shaped craft that moved like skipping a saucer on the water.

Kenneth Arnold is how we get flying saucers

Days later this Extra Terrestrial “probe” force left the Pacific Northwest and ventured Southeast. Roswell Army Air Field – where the nuclear weapons left Los Alamos and headed for the bombers over Japan.

But something went wrong. One of the disks crashed in the desert near Corona, New Mexico. A rancher named Mac Brazel was out on the range and saw the odd metallic type debris and gathered it up in a pile on his property. Didn’t think much of it, until….

Others in Roswell saw the UFO phalanx and it made its way through the rumor mill of a small town. So, Brazel, being a good salt of the earth citizen, brought his “space dandruff” and took it to the local authorities. The Sheriff did due diligence and contacted the Army.

Army said, yep: unidentified flying object/flying disc. Not a plane. And remember space exploration rockets and lunar crafts did not exist in 1947.

Roswell Army Air Field’s press release is fascinatingly candid.

The many rumors regarding the flying disc became a reality yesterday when the intelligence office of the 509th Bomb group of the Eighth Air Force, Roswell Army Air Field, was fortunate enough to gain possession of a disc through the cooperation of one of the local ranchers and the sheriff’s office of Chaves County. The flying object landed on a ranch near Roswell sometime last week. Not having phone facilities, the rancher stored the disc until such time as he was able to contact the sheriff’s office, who in turn notified Maj. Jesse A. Marcel of the 509th Bomb Group Intelligence Office. Action was immediately taken and the disc was picked up at the rancher’s home.

Flying disc. It wasn’t theirs. Flying object. Disc. Disc, Disc. Extra Terrestrial.

And that is how the press in Roswell reported it:

<Actual Roswell UFO crash Anniv. date? 28 sec.>

There are a variety of days chosen as the anniversary: July 2, July 4, July 6, July 7, July 8 and July 9, 1947

I ‘n’ I use the Roswell Daily Record of July 8

PART 2

Alas, it wasn’t to be. The army walked back their confirmation of flying disc/saucer and substituted a ludicrous correction that the debris was a downed weather balloon.

They sent their Intelligence Officer, listed in the above press release – Jesse Marcel – out to correct the record and he showed a crinkled sheet of balloon material. About as substantive as a roll of tin foil.

Roswell Army Airfield Intelligence Officer, Jesse Marcel. Told to say the Army did not possess debris from a downed flying saucer but instead was a harmless weather balloon

Look at Marcel’s face in the picture. He isn’t engaging the camera naturally. He is being instructed in what to say. And the look on his face is, “We’re really gonna say it’s this balloon bullshit?”

Marcel has the look of a guy held hostage.

And more Pentagon lies?

  1. Mac Brazel, the rancher, said, “That material isn’t what I turned into the Sheriff’s office.”
  2. My brother in law, Michael. Sold high tech pipe throughout New Mexico. Roswell was one of his territories. One day at a local Mexican restaurant, he asked a client, “What’s the deal with the UFO’s?”

The old timer looked at him and said: “After the crash the local mortician was told by the Army to bring three child size coffins out to the Army base. Sheeit! You don’t need coffins fer no damn weather balloon.”

Who you gonna believe? My third hand hearsay or the chronic liars in the military?

<Need no coffins for a weather balloon; 2 min. 18 sec.>

Roswell UFO cadaver

Don’t wanna believe I ‘n’ I? Would you believe Richard Nixon? He had 50’s comedian and TV star Jackie Gleason over at the White House.

Gleason was a big UFO buff. Asked about Roswell. Nixon said, “Not only were there three dead aliens, I’ll take you to see them. They board a plane for a Florida Air Base and what Gleason saw haunted him the rest of his days.

PART 3

For nearly a decade, I ‘n’ I have been exploring the connection between the UFO Trinity:

  1. UFO’s
  2. Ancient Aliens TV Show – Gods are in fact Extra Terrestrial astronauts
  3. Reggae & Dub music – I ‘n’ I brought down two CD suitcases and a record bag full of UFOria tunes for the Annual Smile Jamaica UFOria special
Ancient Aliens – 5 white dudes teaching us about Biblical Extra Terrestrial encounters

<Preparing for Smile Jamaica Annual UFOria special; 25  sec.>

Have to gear up for a radio episode of this magnitude:

  • Cap

  • Commemorative T shirt

  • Jump in the Dub Mobile
You will hear I ‘n’ I coming long before I pass you
  • Hanging from the rear view

  • Last but certainly not least

PART 4

I ‘n’ I grew up a twice a year Methodist in North Central Montana (Fort Benton). So I never truly read the Bible.

It was only as an adult that two instances made me turn to the good book

  1. Reggae music – Rastas know their Bible as well as any Theologian
  2. Ancient Astronaut Theory

The latter was introduced to me by my bredrin Aquaboy (ironically, he is now a scoffer to my alien/gods/astronauts synergy) through the works of Zecharia Sitchen

Sumerian scholar Zecharia Sitchin – Godfather, along with Erich von Daniken, of the Ancient Astronaut Theory

Sitchen was a scholar who translated Sumerian cuneiform tablets. He specialized in the cosmologization (is that a word?) of Biblical figures and events as being chronicled by Ancient Astronauts called the Anunnaki – “Those who came down from the sky”.

In his Earth Chronicle series of seven books, the Jewish-Azerbaijani scholar, elaborated on the race of extra terrestrials from the 12th Planet:

Sumerians knew , before telescopes even discovered planets Neptune and Pluto in the early 1900’s,  about:

  • The Sun (1)
  • Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter. Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto. (The Asteroid belt was a planet destroyed in an Anunnaki Civil War which I don’t have time to go into here) (2-10)
  • Earth’s Moon (11)
  • The 12th planet: Nibiru.

Nibiru has an elliptical orbit that loops around the other eleven with their wobbly circular spinning. Eventually the planet approaches Earth, The Anunnaki descend by space ship to several ports: Egypt, Sinai, Mohenjo Daro in Pakistan and of course Sumer (Southern Iraq).

The elliptical orbit of Nibiru aka Planet X aka the 12th Planet

The Anunnaki had ruined their atmosphere through “intergalactic warming” and needed Earth’s plentiful gold to restore it. They created mankind out of a Tree of Life/DNA helix to mine this gold. They were too lazy to do it themselves. And when they tired of us humans for being “noisy”, the bastards tried to wipe us out in a flood.

Wasn’t Noah in a rickety ass wooden boat with two of every kind.  With only one family to shovel shit, feed everyone and keep the carnivores from eating the herbivores.

No way

The Old Testament Hebrews plagiarized from the Sumerian Epic of Gilgamesh.

It was Utnapishtim in a tessaract spaceship with a DNA seedbank for plants and animals. He and his crew orbited the Earth for 500 years until the flood waters receded and everything could be re-kindled through DNA cloning and re-animation.

They took the  gold back to their mother ship , as Nirbiru whipped around The Sun and headed home.

***

As an Assyrian American, anything to do with Assyria, Babylon, Akkad, Sumer (Shinar in the Bible) is of interest to I ‘n’ I

<Smile Jamaica and the Ancient Astronaut Theory;  2 min. 47 sec.>

Here are my favorite Religious/Ancient Astronaut encounters taken from a blog post in 2020

These are the Biblical, Islamic and Hindu examples of Ancient Astronaut Encounters:

  • Chariots of the Gods – space ship
  • Jacob’s Ladder – space ship
  • Burning bush – space ship
  • Prophet Ezekiel and his crystal ship – space ship
  • Stairway to Heaven – space ship
  • Noah’s grand dad Enoch “walked with God and then was not”. Taken to heaven in a space ship
  • New Jerusalem – space ship
  • Magic carpets in the Arabian Nights – space ship
  • Muhammad’s night journey to Heaven on a winged horse: El Buraq – Space ship
  • Hindu God Vishnu and his Trident – missile
  • Vimanas from Hindu cosmology – space ship
  • Noah’s Ark 1 –  Sumerian Utnapishtim in a tessaract spaceship
  • Noah’s Ark 2 –  Sumerian Ziusudra in a submarine

Plus Arab sailors chronicled “flaming minarets” and Columbus also had an UFO encounter on his way to the New World.

<Muslims and  their Ancient Astronaut Theory; 9 sec.>

Vishnu’s Trident – nuclear tipped missile

So now I hope you understand the connection between Reggae music, Ancient Astronauts and UFOria.

Makes sensi to me!

Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives: Jah-ly 4, 2020: Ancient Astronaut Theorists 17, Scoffers 0

Greetings,

Here’s hoping you had a pandemically correct 4th of July. It’s okay to be paranoid, they are watching  if you didn’t!

Do you know what else happened around the 4th of July? 1947? The Alien crash at Roswell, New Mexico.

Roswell is the air field that delivered the atomic bombs that destroyed Jah-pon. Created at Los Alamos in New Mexico. Do you think it is a coincidence that the ground zero for nuclear weaponry was “probed” (pun intended) by extra terrestrial watchers?

Sometime in late June 1947 a ranch foreman in the rural scrub land around the Roswell Army Air Field, named Brazel collected debris, that was non-earth metals in origin.  Ultimately, he delivered the pieces to the Army.

On July 8, 1947 the local paper, the Roswell Record, published a statement from the Army….

<Roswell UFO crash: June 1947 audio story>

Army press release is fascinating:

Ancient Astronaut Theorists 1; Scoffers 0

Little known fact: other Roswell army officers believe multiple UFO’s crashed near Roswell late June 1947

Alas, it couldn’t be…

The higher ups in the military back in DC freaked out. They issued a weak sauce retraction. Jesse Marcel, the local intelligence officer assigned to the Roswell Army Air Field had to issue a mea culpa. It wasn’t flying disc. It was a  “weather balloon.”

Marcel’s family says that he was threatened to comply even though he knew it was not a weather balloon but a crashed spaceship.

He is holding a “piece” of the “balloon” as he bleats “weather balloon to the press.” Look at his eyes. He is not looking at the camera, but off camera. Regurgitating something he didn’t believe to please his superior officers.

Jesse Marcel walks it back: You can’t hide your lyin’ eyes

If you read this blog, your take on what I ‘n’ I says next comes down to the Manichean choice. Do you believe Wikipedia or your Ace From Outer Space, Bobbylon the Ancient Astronaut Theorist?

Pick your choice: Giorgio? or Wikipedia?

My brother in law used to sell high tech pipe to irrigation and water conservation clients in Roswell. One day he took his client to lunch and asked, “So what’s the deal with the UFO’s”.

His customer, a ranch supply distributor, salt of the earth Southwest cowboy said outright. “The local coroner was told by the Army to deliver 3 child size coffins to the base. Why do you need coffins for a weather balloon?”

Game. Set. Match.

If you don’t trust I ‘n’ I do you trust Dwight Eisenhower. (He signed a treaty with the aliens. They can surveill us and we get their technology.)In 1954 Pres.  Eisenhower went to play golf and developed a “tooth crisis” instead. He disappeared from Secret Service protection. Why?

He went up into a flying saucer to negotiate the treaty

Ancient Astronaut Theory

<Utnapishtim and his space ship. Not Noah’s Ark; 1 min. 45 sec.>

Not Noah and an Ark to survive the Great Flood. Just like outer space is the only way to escape the Covid, so was interplanetary travel the only way to survive the deluge. 500 years before the mud receded. No wooden ark with one family could survive that.

No ark. Spaceship….

Similar to The Borg in Star Trek: New Gen. The Tesseract spaceship was how to survive the Great Flood

More likely scenario? Sumerian immortal ancient alien, Utnapishtim, DNA seedbank to spaceship or . Noah’s Ark. 70 cubits by 70 cubits. Ricketty-ass wooden ark. One family to separate the carnivores from the herbivores, shovel shit and feed animals.

Noah story predecessor: (Sumerian) Utnapishtim preparing his Space Ark

<Gilgamesh, immortality and the serpent; 56 sec.>

As part of the Epic of Gilgamesh, Gil was half mortal/half immortal. He sought out Utnapishtim on his tesseract spaceship. Utnapushtim gave him the Tree of Life. Immortality secured, an exhausted Gilgamesh returned to Sumer (Shinar in the Bible) and fell asleep on a river bank.

The treacherous serpent slithered out of the reeds and stole away the Tree of Life (Eden). Gilgamesh died a mortal. As did Adam and Eve after their encounter with the snake.

Gilgamesh loses the Tree of Life (immortality) to a Serpent

In Revelation, John the Revelator mentions the New Jerusalem. But he isn’t describing a city. It is a massive spaceship 1400 miles x 1400 miles:

Revelation 21:2 – I saw the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband

Coming down out of heaven, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed. The jeweled dressing are the lights on the spaceship.

<New Jerusalem from the Book of Revelation is a spaceship>

Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives: Jah-nuary 4, 2020 – Mutant Dub, Gilgamesh & Neil Armstrong!

Mutant Dubbers unite!

Greetings,

And Happy New Year from Smile Jamaica.

A Mutant Dub New Year. For over a decade now, I have been starting the year with the outer fringes of Reggae music that you hear I ‘n’ I play for centuries at the last half hour of Smile Jamaica.

<What is Mutant Dub?; 34 sec.>

Mutant Dub definition: Take Reggae drum and bass, attach it to modern electro/dance/post pop textures. Apply copious echo and special effects.

Epitomized by the Holy Trinity of producers: Adrian Sherwood/ON U Sound; Jah Shaka and the Mad Professor

Adrian Sherwood – the Bob Marley of Mutant Dub

My bredrin/mentor, Rutabaga Reese – previous Smile Jamaica host, turned me onto this style of dub as I ‘n’ I was absorbing my Roots Reggae knowledge.

Moody, atmospheric, modernesque. Some orthodox Reggae heads hate it*. But I ‘n’ I love it. If you do a Google search on Mutant Dub. Smile Jamaica is what pops up first!

The highest rated show in the podcast history of Smile Jamaica, circa 2013, is my Mutant Dub 420 showcase.

Mutant Dub 420 on Smile Jamaica

*I used to get angry calls “quit playing that techno crap.” Not anymore!

Even KRCL station manager, Tristin Tabish, is a Mutant…

<KRCL management loves Mutant Dub; 3 sec.>

Since nothing is static after doing radio for 30 plus years, after I was retired from political interviews on KRCL’s Radioactive, I ‘n’ I switched to Ancient Aliens on History Channel.

Giorgio and von Daniken’s Sumerian Skygods/Ancient Astronauts combined my Mesopotamian ancestry to outer space.

Giorgio Tsoukalos – The Bob Marley of Ancient Aliens

***

So I ‘n’ I do what I ‘n’ I always does. Start combing the Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives for Alien Reggae and Dub songs. I ‘n’ I don’t have a single Mutant Dub Christmas tune, but found nearly 200 UFOria (UFO’s + euphoria = UFOria).

Tenastelin – The Bob Marley of Sumerian/Biblical astronaut songs

So, for Mutant Dub New Year, I switch up the traditional last half hour to UFO tunes.

Two stories. One ancient. One modern

The Epic of Gilgamesh – The story of a man seeking immortality. Comes across the original “Noah” plagiarized from the Bible. Utnapishtim was tasked by Enki, a major Skygod of the Anunnaki (Sumerian sky gods, “those who came from the sky”).

Enki’s brother Enlil was disgusted that the humans they created to mine gold on behalf of the Anunna (singular of Anunnaki) were instead having sex with Earth women.

Anu, the Bob Marley of the Anunnaki, agreed to wipe out the human experiment with a flood. But Enki took pity. He worked with a dread named Utnapishtim. Enki told him to gather up his family along with a DNA seedbank of animals and plants.

Sumerian Tree of Life is the double helix DNA

The Skygod loaned him a spaceship called a tesseract. A cube shaped ship that orbited Earth for 500 years. When the flood waters receded, Utnapishtim returned to the planet to start anew.

Tesserect space cube. Similar to the Borg on Star Trek

Gilgamesh sought out Utnapishtim who gave him the root of immortality. Gil, going through the trials and tribulations of his Epic, was exhausted and satisfied that he had been successful in his quest. Everlasting life.

So, the now God in his own right, lay by the side of the road for a well deserved nap. Alas, a snake slithered out of the reeds and stole his root of immortality. Gilgamesh died a mortal man.

<Epic of Gilgamesh; 76 sec.>

Gilgamesh loses his root of immortality to a serpent

Neil Armstrong story.

Neil Armstrong. First man on the moon. We have all heard the famous sound clip as he touches down on the lunar surface.

“This is one small step for man. And one giant leap for mankind.”

Fake news. That was the SECOND thing he said on the “comm” to NASA

Neil Armstrong – the Bob Marley of lunar astronauts

When Armstrong was a youth, he was playing catch with his brother in the yard. As happens, the ball went across the fence into the neighbor’s yard. Neil went to fetch it back.

Hot summer afternoon. The neighbors, a family named Gorsky, were having a little “afternoon delight”. Neil, curious, listened in on the pillow talk.

He heard Mr. Gorsky ask his wife for oral sex. She guffawed, “I’ll give you oral sex when the Armstrong kid next door walks on the moon.”

So wheel it forward to July 20, 1969. As Neil touched down on the moon’s surface his actual first words were. “Good luck Mr. Gorsky!”

<Good luck Mr. Gorsky! 42 sec.>

And I ‘n’ I don’t have time for the story of how Neil Armstrong became a Muslim. Or how the Apollo 11 moonlanding was a Stanley Kubrick production.

As I ‘n’ I always say: “Look to the skies! Do not scoff!

Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives: Jah-ly 6, 2019: UFO-ria!

Greetings,

When you get to do a radio program on a non-commercial station for 31 years, that entitles one to some indulgences.

For I n’ I that is mashing up Reggae music with UFO’s. WTF?

<How I ‘n’ I got into UFOs; 27 sec.>

The connections of Smile Jamaica to UF0ria (UFO’s + euphoria = UFOria).

  1. The TV show Ancient Aliens on History Channel; 55 sec.

2. Which taught us about the 1947 Roswell UFO crash

<Roswell UFO crash, July 1947; 90 sec.>

DENVER – UNDATED: Major Jesse Marcel from the Roswell Army Air Field with debris found 75 miles north west of Roswell, NM, in June 1947. The debris has been identified as that of a radar target. The Air Force released a report on 24 June debunking reports of a UFO crash near Roswell, NM, in 1947. (Photo by: UNITED STATES AIR FORCE/AFP/Getty Images)

3. Ancient Astronaut Theory – the notion that Sumerian sky gods were in fact ancient astronauts coming from the outer edge of the galaxy. As an Assyrian-American, anything to do with my ancestors in Mesopotamia/Modern Iraq fascinates me.

4. The Skygods from Planet Nibiru* called the Anunnaki. Anu (sky) + na (verb – to go down) + Ki (Earth.) Those who came down from the sky.

*Also called Planet X or the 12th Planet

The Anunnaki created mankind to mine gold for their home planet (under climate change devastation….). When their creation got “noisy” and the minor gods were having sex with Earth women, the decision was to wipe out mankind with a Flood

<Who are the Anunnaki?; 75 sec.>

5. The connections between space travel and descriptions of celestial phenomenon in the Bible.

  • Chariots of the Gods – space ship
  • Jacob’s Ladder – space ship
  • Burning bush – space ship
  • Prophet Ezekiel and his crystal ship – space ship
  • Stairway to Heaven – space ship
  • Noah’s grand dad Enoch “walked with God and then was not”. Taken to heave in a space ship
  • Magic carpets in the Arabian Nights – space ship
  • Vimanas from Hindu cosmology – space ship

<Ancient astronauts in the Bible; 27 sec.>

Stairway to Heaven – Page and Plant Ancient Astronaut Theorists?

<New Jerusalem in the Bible is a gigantic cubed space ship; 37 sec.>

New Jerusalem is not a city but a huge space shipReggae and Dub have plenty of songs about outer space and UFOs.

6. And now the US government  can’t keep UFO encounters secret or in the realm of “conspiracy theory”. Too many people with phone cameras. A new show on History Channel, Unidentified, covers Air Force, Navy and Deep State reports of UFO encounters with Tic Tac UFO’s.

<Unidentified TV show on History Channel; 75 sec.>

Roswell, The Anunnaki, Ancient Astronauts lead me to comb through the Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives looking for UFO/space travel songs. I have about 150 CDs and another 50 LPs/vinyl singles.

So like my other theme shows, like Jah-loween and 420, enjoy these space age tunes from Reggae, Dub, Calypso and even a few rock tunes sifted in.

And as I say: Look to the skies! Do not scoff!

And if they are here with malevolent intent? Let’s go out with a bang!

bless, Bobbylon

Smile Jamaica Ark-ives Jah-gust 11, 2018 (Podcast & Playlist): Smile Jamaica Joins the Space Force!

Greetings,

As Judy Mowatt sang: Many are called but few are chosen. I have been offered a job. General Giorgio of the Space Force needs me.

I will be the Minister of Lunar Agriculture; 103 sec.

I plan to Make the Anunnaki Great Again! As a Sumerian Fundamentalist, I am with my people!

<Smile Jamaica: Ancient Astronaut Theory HQ; 21 sec.>

UFO by Tena Stelin (lyrics transcribed by Bobbylon)

  • Everywhere I stare, everywhere I go
  • Almost everyone is talking about UFOs
  • More and more each day I hear the people them say
  • Men and men are talking about UFOs
  • Aliens are coming
  • They say the time is now dawning
  • Sometimes if I wonder if the aliens are here already
  • Astronomers are debating
  • And their religions are arising
  • Jah what is to be if it is the will of He
  • Everywhere I stare, everywhere I go
  • Almost everyone is talking about UFOs
  • More and More each day I hear the people them say
  • Men and men are talking about UFOs
  • Elijah went up into a Chariot of Fire
  • Dragon objects were recorded in ancient America, Australia and Asia
  • So many paintings and drawings were found in many caves and mountains
  • Could this be the evidence that Spacemen came?
  • Everywhere I stare, Everywhere I go
  • Almost everyone is talking about UFOs
  • More and more each day I hear the people them say
  • Men and men are talking about UFOs

Greetings,

Ancient Astronaut Theory is: Were they Sky Gods or Ancient Astronauts?

The modern phenomena of UFOria: Euphoria + UFO started on July 2, 1947 with a crashed space ship on a ranch near Roswell, New Mexico.

Scoffers and the Deep State would call this a “weather balloon”

Why Smile Jamaica?

2 reasons

  1. My brother  in law told this story about coffins and Roswell

2. After I retired from doing Radioactive interviews on KRCL, I needed a new time suck away from Progressive politics.

That led to my 10 year bromance with this guy and Ancient Aliens TV show on the History Channel.

Giorgio Tsoulakos. Head of Trump’s Space Force

As an Assyrian-American, I knew full well who Marduk, Ishtar and Anu were. In my benighted state, I just thought they were mythic gods of Assyria, Babylon and Sumer (Shinar in the Bible).

Oh, but no! They were Sky Gods and Space Travellers who invented mankind to mine gold, sleep with Earth women and then tried to get rid of us noisy humans, their creation, with a massive flood.

Ancient Astronaut Theory about these Sky Gods aka Anunnaki – Those whom came from the sky. All those stories  of the Bible and quite a bit of Greek mythology derived from each Anunna (Anunna singular; Anunnaki plural).

And all those UFO encounters in the Bible!

Flying Saucers of the Old Testament

Ishtar/Inanna – Goddess or Ancient Astronaut/Geneticist

Jacob’s Ladder, Ezekiel’s Wheel, Enoch’s disappearance, Stairway to Heaven, Burning Bush, Noah’s Ark, Elijah and his Chariots of Fire – all UFOs. Add in the Arabian 1001 Nights Tales of Magic Carpets and the Hindu Vimana fighting space ships.

Lot’s wife was turned into a pillar of smoke, not salt. From a nuclear attack on the Sinai when the Anunakki unleashed a hellish civil war that destroyed Sumer/Shinar in a “bitter wind”.

Back to UFOria…..

So I start to do what I always do: comb through the Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives looking for Reggae and other songs devoted to UFOs.

And last year, near the Roswell crash anniversary in early July, I lead off with the theme from 2001 Space Odyssey, the Kubrick film, and juggled about 40 Space Oddities. Most Reggae/Dubbish. Some not. Today as well.

Joe Cocker, Nina Hagen, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Elton John and the bad ass Vulcan, Leonard Nimoy

Mr. Spock always had a good ear for the drum & bass

Last year, my bredrin Mike was in a coffee shop. He over heard the baristas talking: “I don’t know what Robert was doing on Smile Jamaica. It was more about UFOs than Reggae.”

Is that good? Is that bad? Yes!

Either way, it makes you think about radio. You don’t get stories from Pandora or Itunes.

And that is why I do it for 30 years. To make you think even if it is out there on the perimeter where are there are no stars. And we is Stoned Immaculate……

<What Aliens are “probing” for…>

bless, Bobbylon

Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives: May 26, 2018 (Stream + Tracklist): Smile Jamaica’s Conspiracy Facts!

Greetings,

I  tried to warn you. Earlier in 2018, KRCL ran a station ID that touted the ability to listen to the station stream via personal electronic devices like Alexa from Amazon.

I came on air and said, “You know those gadgets report your conversations to the NSA.” I even ran in to a listener at the University of Utah campus who thanked me for the heads up.

I tired to warn you about Facebook a decade ago as well

If you ever listened to my political interviews on KRCL’s Radioactive you would know my world view is a tad askew: 9/11, JFK, Roswell and Skygods/Ancient Astronauts  travelling from the outer galaxy.  (Hint, it was Bin Laden on the Grassy Knoll.)

Was it Oswald or Aliens who killed JFK?

The Anunnaki had JFK assassinated

So sure enough, no tinfoil hat for I ‘n’ I:

How Alexa reports back to the NSA on its users

<Smile Jamaica’s Alexa warning; 19 sec.>

All those bongrips in your living room and recorded and sent to Bluffdale Utah.

NSA Spyhub in Bluffdale, Utah

I was correct about Obama beating Hillary in 2008 and Trump beating Hillary in 2016. How was I rewarded for my prognostication? My brother now calls me “Alex Jones.”

Haters can hate.  Maybe you shouldn’t scoff when I say look to the skies.

Military leaks on underwater UFOs

Don’t even get me started on Russiagate

Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives: Jah-vember 11, 2017 (Stream+ Tracklist): Acoustic Levitation inna Irie Meditation!

Temple of Jupiter at Baalbek Lebanon. Prior to the Romans, it was a temple to the God Baal

Greetings,

How did they do it?

Every Friday I get together with my bredrins Mike and Aquaboy for bourbon and banter.

If you are regular listener to Smile Jamaica, you are well acquainted with my recent fascination with Ancient Aliens.

The television series on the History Channel goes into the notion that antiquity and all of its massive structures were effected by visiting Aliens we mistook as Sky Gods.

How did they carve out massive stone structures like the Temple of Jupiter in Baalbek, Lebanon (base slab is 1200 tons of a single cut stone?  By my Liberal Arts  math, that’s 2,400,000 pounds!

Or Puma Punku in Bolivia? How did “primitive” peoples haul multiple stone blocks (130 tones – 260,000 pounds) 10,000 feet up the mountain. They stack these massive blocks on top of each other with such precision you can’t get a human hair between the blocks. Who needs mortar?

Puma Punku in Western Bolivia

I’ll tell you how they did it: Acoustic Levitation.

The things that modern construction can’t do today. Lifting that weight with cranes or multiple cranes? Ancient Astronauts achieved these stupendous feats by using sound to move those stones into place.

In the last episode I watched, as a Sound Engineer/Deejay, I was fascinated by how sound equates to energy. It is why the most effective prayer must be recited out loud: in cathedrals, temples, tabernacles and mosques. It is the sound of prayer that produces powerful energy.

I play a song in the second half of this podcast edition called God is Great. The power of Muslim prayer, thousands in synchronicity reciting prayers heard by God. Allahu Akbar – God is Great.

And so…one man’s Skygod is another’s Ancient Alien. I want to think The Watchers plugged in big stacks of speakers and pumped heavy bass to lift those hundreds of thousands of pounds into place.

Imagine a Nubian ancestor of Jah Shaka plugging in and firing off dub shots while the Ancient Astronauts looked on in approval as sound equates energy.

Jah Shaka, co-inventor of Mutant Dub, practicing some acoustic levitation

The Anunnaki – the originators of Mutant Dub?

Acoustic levitation inna Irie meditation. How the Ancients “got high”.

bless, Bobbylon

Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives: Jah-vember 4, 2017 (Stream + Tracklist): Ancient Astronaut Theory Suggests!

Greetings,

I have told this story on air many times. I did political interviews on KRCL between 2003 (Iraq War) and 2012 when a new station GM  – hired from Clear Channel radio – told me if I wanted to continue doing Progressive Political interviews I had to do two things

  1. Quit expressing opinions
  2. Must be objective.

I said no thanks and quit. I wasn’t going to dumb down my content like the CIA News Network or Washington Compost: being a stenographer of the news.

I quit radio interviews ratherr than being the radio equivalent of a presstitute stenographer

I would put a huge amount of time into that one hour, weekly interview. Post “retirement” I was left with a significant gap in free time.

That’s when I discovered a new time suck: Ancient Aliens on the History Channel.

As an Assyrian-American, a huge part of the show is about the Sumerians who wrote about contact from Astronauts (we humans mistook for Sky Gods.)

Do not scoff! Look to the skies!

I binged watched everything to catch up on all that history/cosmology.

So it wasn’t long before I started combing through the Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives “probing” (pun intended) for UFO themed Reggae tunes.

Believe it or not, I could fill a 60 CD suitcase and a record bag full of examples on sets I call UFO-ria (euphoria, get it?).

From the Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives

Now every July 2 (Roswell UFO crash anniversary) I do 3 hours of Alien fascination that rules the nation!

July 2, 1947 Roswell, New Mexico

just like my traditions of Jah-loween, 4:20 and Bob Marley Tribute shows.

I’ve really gotten into it to the point where someone said, “Do you believe in this for real or is it entertainment?”

I said: I guess I do believe in it. Ancient Astronaut Theory  makes the most ‘sensi’. to me.”

From the Smile Jamaica Ark-Ives

Ancient Astronauts, mistaken by humans as Sky Gods, created mankind to mine gold to take back to their planet Nibiru: the 12th Planet or Planet X.

Guess what? They had wrecked their home world through environmental degradation (just like Earth) and needed gold to re-generate their atmosphere on Nibiru.

If you are on my Twitter at SmileJ_KRCL. I post 3 topics:

  1. Reggae and Radio
  2. Alt-Left, anti corporate Democratic Party snark
  3. UFOria

Now I tell my friends, forced to endure my proselytizing, that I put the “man” in Manichaean and the “fun” in Sumerian Fundamentalism.

Anu is my Sky God. The Greeks called him Zeus

So I did a radio show last week with a UFO set. Just finished up Season 10 DVD of Ancient Aliens.

Guess what? My beef with archaeologists is that their calculations on when these massive structures from antiquity were built was thousand of years off.

Giza Plateau – Anunnaki Tessaract (space ships) powered by the pyramid energy.

Listen to my clip about the Great Pyramid of Giza that proves my point: Not 2500 BC, 10500 BC.

It’s not Khufu/Cheops’ tomb. It’s a power station for the Anunnaki’s Spaceships when they left and landed at the Sinai Spaceport.

Praise Anu! Bobbylon

Al Leon kicking the bong around. Spaceship kind a cloudy!

<Prince Lincoln: The Aliens gonna whip you and put you in your rightful place!; 10 sec.>

Greetings,

If you have listened to Smile Jamaica regularly over the past 5 years or so you will notice that one of my musical fascinations is UFO tunes.

I used to do political interviews on KRCL. When the Radioactive program was changed by an odious new station manager, (who has since ignominiously resigned), to a lightweight news show as opposed to hard news format, I quit doing it. I charitably said I “retired” from political interviews.

That left me with a whole heap of time to explore other pursuits. Based on  recommendations from a couple of my coffee buddies, I started watching the Ancient Aliens show on History Channel.

Giorgio Tsoukalos the Bob Marley of Ancient Aliens

The gist of the show is that Ancient civilizations were impacted by travelling space visitors who helped  create mankind to do their bidding: mining gold to repair their damaged atmosphere on their home world of Nibiru.

The 12th Planet that exists at the outside of our solar system.

Nibiru loops around on its elliptical orbit and approaches earth every 3600 years

The show tracks mostly Sumerian, Egyptian and Mayan stories and myths. I’m one half Assyrian – from the land of the two rivers (North of ancient Sumer.) So I was fascinated by the connection between one man’s mythology and an alternative world cosmology

Sumerian Tree of Life is a double helix
The Anunnaki created us from DNA of their creation

<Cosmology vs. Mythology; 3 sec.>

One of the things I noticed, especially in Mutant Dub, was the number of Reggae and Dub tunes devoted to space travel, aliens and UFOs. Add in several dozen Rock examples and you have enough for a 3 hour showcase on Smile Jamaica. I got to nearly 300 on my Itunes UFOria playlist. A Smile Jamaica episode averages about 35 songs in 3 hours.

Ground control to Major Tom

Since so much of Rastafari Reggae is devoted to the Bible, I could connect the dots between Sumerian Cosmology of the Anunnaki – Those who came from the sky and UFO’s in the Bible and other ancient stories.

UFOs in the Bible; 1 min

  • Noah’s Ark – No: Ziusudra in his submarine or Utnapishtim in his Tesseract (spaceship)
  • Burning Bush – Spaceship
  • Ezekiel’s Wheel – Spaceship
  • Jacob’s Ladder and the Stairway to Heaven – Spaceship
  • Elijah’s Chariot of Fire – Spaceship
  • Enoch (Noah’s great grandfather) – “walked with God and then was not”. Taken to the Heavens  via Spaceship
  • Magic Carpet Ride – from the Arabian A Thousand and One Nights – Spaceship
  • Vimanas from Hindu theology – flying spaceships who fought battles in the skies

Lot’s wife was not turned into a pillar of salt. That is the wrong Hebrew word. She was turned into a pillar of smoke after a nuclear attack to destroy the Sinai spaceport.

Jacob’s ladder: From the ground to a waiting Spaceship

Even Led Zeppelin would agree:

There’s a lady who’s sure
All that glitters is gold
And she’s buying a stairway to heaven.
When she gets there she knows
If the stores are all closed
With a word she can get what she came for.

The idea that space travellers from hundreds of thousands of years ago had the capacity to see Earth as a habitat to exploit seems far fetched. But is it any less fantastical than the Bible, Greek myths or Hindu stories?

The original dreads

But one man’s Skygod is another man’s Ancient Astronaut. According to Ancient Aliens, man’s evolution and creation is connected to the very same DNA that contains mysteries  we mere humans can not yet comprehend.

Noah’s Ark is unbelievable. 2 of every animal on a ricketty ass wooden boat? 70 cubits is 105 feet. Less than a modern Aircraft carrier. So you’re gonna fit elephants, giraffes, hippos and rhinos etc? Plus all the smaller creatures. No way.

How you gonna keep the lion from eating the lamb?

Space ship or submarine? Makes more sense. And if the Anunnaki could travel from the outer reaches of our Solar System, they would have the advancement to use the DNA they developed to re-create the animal and plant kingdom from seed banks and DNA repositories they housed on board their space craft.

Modern day physicists believe that the Tesseract space ship could flex time to enable space travel. It was how Utnapishtim left earth for the skies during the Great Flood

Modern technology we can’t even hope to approach in 2017 in an era of primitive Earth history. What local Sumerians, Arabs, Hebrews, Mayans and Hindus saw as chariots, or flying carpets or ladders we would immediately recognize as space craft.

The Anunnaki – see his wristwatch

Listen to my description and Tena Stelin’s song paying tribute to the Ancient Astronauts coming down from the sky…

<The Anunnaki phenomenon>

In America, UFOs are most connected with the July 1947 Roswell New Mexico crash. Wasn’t swamp gas or weather balloons until military censorship

July 8, 1947: RAAF – Roswell Army Air Field

Long story short: In early July 1947, a ranch foreman named William Brazel discovered debris of a downed space craft. He recovered bits of the material and took it home. When he crinkled the metallic material it resumed its smooth, flattened exterior.

The Air Force bullied him into giving up his souvenirs. The Air Force investigator, Jesse Marcel, was also finessed into claiming what he found was nothing more innocuous than a weather balloon.

Fake news 1947: DENVER – UNDATED: Major Jesse Marcel from the Roswell Army Air Field with debris found 75 miles north west of Roswell, NM, in June 1947. The debris has been identified as that of a radar target. The Air Force released a report on 24 June debunking reports of a UFO crash near Roswell, NM, in 1947. (Photo by: UNITED STATES AIR FORCE/AFP/Getty Images)

I have a personal connection to what happened in Roswell that day. My brother in law, Michael, sells high tech pipe to computer companies. He is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

<Robert’s Roswell Recap; 1 min. 14 sec.>

He was in Roswell selling high tech pipe to local salsa manufacturers. He was having lunch in the local cafe with one of his clients. He innocuously asked, “What’s the deal with Roswell and UFOs?”

His lunch mate said that the coroner was instructed by the Air Force to bring 3 child size coffins to the Base. “You don’t need coffins for a weather balloon.” The coroner was total salt of the earth, rural roots and no big city conspiracy nut.

That was enough for me! Do not scoff, Look to the skies!

<Coffins for a weather balloon?>

bless, robt
